UPS & FedEx are our shipping partners. Decorative Novelty reserves the right to pick which shipper we’ll use for your order.

Shipments to certain locations such as Alaska & Hawaii can be well above the usual rates. If this occurs, we will notify you before shipping.

Orders usually ship within 2 – 3 days. Custom orders can take longer and we will tell you how much time will be needed.

Special Signature – some areas of the country require UPS & FedEx to get a signature on delivery. If this is the case, please let us know so that we can tell our shipping partners.

If you give us an incorrect address which causes the order to be returned to us or redelivered to you – there is a $10.00 charge which will be added to your bill
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Decorative Novelty must be notified about a return or exchange within 5 business days of receipt of order.

We must authorize return or exchange by issuing an RA# that must appear on the outside of the box when returned.

Please call 718–663–6710 for returns & exchanges to be issued an RA#. You'll reach our parent company, Rose Brand.

All merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must come to us in the original shipping box & new condition.

There is a 15% restocking charge on all products returned.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Items that are returned because of damage when received will be issued a call tag by Decorative Novelty & will not be responsible for shipping charges.
